–2006 PhD studies, Vytautas Magnus University and Lithuanian Institute of Forestry (since 2010 Institute of Forestry of the Lithuanian Research Centre for Agriculture and Forestry).

1999–2001 Master of Ecology and Environmental Sciences, Faculty of Forestry, Lithuanian Agricultural University (since 2019 Vytautas Magnus University Agriculture Academy).

1995–1999 Bachelor of Applied Ecology, Faculty of Forestry, Lithuanian Agricultural University (since 2019 VMU Agriculture Academy).

2006 Doctor of Biochemical Sciences (Ecology and Environmental Sciences), dissertation “Initial effects of compensatory wood ash fertilization: nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and heavy metals in soil and plants of Scots pine stands (Pinetum vacciniosum forest type)”.
